State of Hawaii Official Notary Seal Requirements
A notary public shall obtain and keep an official seal of one type, either an engraved seal or a rubber stamp facsimile seal, on which shall be inscribed:
- The name of the notary public
- The commission number of the notary public
- The words "Notary Public" and "State of Hawaii"
The official seal of every notary public shall be affixed by either an engraved seal or a rubber stamp facsimile seal which shall be circular, not over two inches in diameter, with a serrated or milled edge border and shall include the required wording and information specified above.
